 Chris and Jackie Clifford would like to welcome you into our West Highland home, come to relax and enjoy 21st century comfort at Huntingtower Lodge. The Lodge, with its stunning and ever-changing views of Loch Linnhe, is just 2miles south west of Fort William, the 'Outdoor Capital of the UK'. Our home has been designed to be light, bright and modern and whether you are here to work rest or play our aim is to help you relax and enjoy your time in the Highlands in comfortable surroundings.
You are welcome just to sit at a window and take in the view – all our accommodation has Loch views. If you are patient and the time of the year is right you may see seals, dolphins or otters in the Loch and roe deer, red squirrel and pine marten in the garden, not to mention the various birds, wood voles and wood mice that visit the feeders. Why not take a leisurely stroll around our wild-flower garden? The more adventurous of you may choose to clamber up the hill to our 4 acres of woodland, which is part of the Ach An Todhair Site of Special Scientific Interest.
Huntingtower Lodge is run as a ‘green’ establishment, to reduce food miles we use locally sourced or British produce wherever possible and we also support ‘Fairtrade’. Jackie bakes our bread, biscuits and cakes. We offer a varied breakfast menu from ‘full Scottish’ to healthier options if you prefer (special diets catered for with prior notice). We offer our guests complementary wi-fi access and the use of a lap-top if required. There is ample off-road parking, a secure garage for bikes and drying facilities for outdoor gear.
